It typically takes 24 - 72 hours  to process a  local adoption application.

If you'd like to visit our facility and meet our animals in person,
our hours are  

Open to the Public - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - 12pm to 6pm

All Animals are behavior tested, up to date on shots, spayed/neutered/gelded if old enough. You will receive a copy of medical records and the next 2 months supply of heartworm preventative (dog only). Dogs are crate trained, housebroken, and taught some basic obedience.  Cats are little box trained and scratch post directed. Remember this is part of your adoption fee. The animal has been evaluated, will be up to date on shots and neutered/spayed.  This is a cost savings compared to other adoptions where the animal must be taken to the vet and treated/spayed, etc.
